Microsoft is set to unveil autonomous AI agents in November, designed as «software for an AI-driven world.» These agents will diverge from traditional chatbots by requiring minimal human intervention.
The tech giant is positioning these agents as tools capable of automating routine tasks such as addressing customer queries, identifying potential buyers, and managing inventory.
Microsoft will leverage both its proprietary AI models and those from OpenAI to power these agents. Users will have the ability to create their own agents within the Copilot Studio.
When access commences, there will be 10 ready-to-use agents available, each tailored to address various business challenges.
